First check the thermostat, make sure it's on and set right.
Next check for air flow, including filters and coming out of vents.
If there is no air flow at all check for tripped breaker. If a breaker is tripped - Call us. 615-601-0591
If air is NOT flowing and thermostat is on, and the breaker is NOT tripped- Call us. 615-601-0591
If air is flowing relatively normal but isn’t cold, try the remaining steps.
Re-check thermostat settings for the right desired temperature and mode.
If the AC indicator words "cool" or "cooling", "A/C" or a picture of a snowflake etc. is blinking, you may have to wait 5 minutes or longer for the internal delay protection timer to finish for A/C or heat pump mode to come on.
If filter is good and thermostat is fine and set, check that the outside fan is running while the unit is on & in cool or heat pump mode.
If the outside condenser fan isn't running when the system is in A/C cooling mode - Call US. 615-601-0591
If the outside condenser fan IS running check visually for obstructions around the outside unit or a dirty coil.
If no heat is blowing off the air coming out the top of the outside unit- Call Us. 615-601-0591
Ice on coils or refrigerant pipe - Call us. 615-601-0591
Air conditioner is making odd or loud noises. Banging, hissing or an odd or louder sounds signal potentially dangerous problems. If you’re hearing odd air conditioner noises, turn it off and Call us. 615-601-0591
